For electronica, grab all the releases by soulseek records, especially slsk001; and cen-art (slsk003). Of the artists features on those releases, it's worth trying to find anything else by Dof, Kilowatts, Ender or Kernel32.
Internet radio stations: bluemars.org, when it's working.
Catch some of the later-night radio sessions again - not using the BBC's nasty RM streamer, but via the lovely art of sharing. Go to themixingbowl.org. Specifically Peel sessions are available at Radio Plus.
Matador Records have a fairly large collection of mp3s for their various artists which include Dizzie Rascal, Pretty Girls Make Graves and Cat Power. Unfortunately no mp3s for the latter which is a crying shame because she's excellent.
Chemikal Underground Records have some great Scottish artists signed up. Grab the demo version of I Fought The Angels by the (now split-up) Delgados from the front page.
Finally I should pimp some bands I know personally / have 'worked' with in the past (heh): Jetson are getting closer to signed with every passing gig; It's a small miracle that Fuzzy still have a web page at all but they are EXCELLENT and I hope they play some more gigs in the future - also, I'll try and get permission to stick some of their music online too; Few Against Many have apparently changed their name, stopped bombing my inbox with messages and have a seriously flash-overkill website (I'm sure James Pepper is to blame).
