On lambda the ultimate, The Next
Mainstream Programming Languages. With a title like that,
how could I refuse? A real genuine games programmer
talking about stuff they would like, rather than an
academic telling people what they should like, with
some nice figures from unreal 3 (e.g. 90% of integer
variables in Unreal exist to index into arrays
). On the
shopping list:
- Haskell-style list comprehensions
- Dependent-types
